Passport Information

Applicants must appear in person , submit certified birth certificate or a previous US passport, two identical photographs must be passport specific, driver’s license.

Allow SIX WEEKS for processing. Fees must be paid by check or money order. Adult passports are valid for ten years juvenile passports are for five years.

Marriage License Information

Both parties need to appear in person together to apply. If either party was previously married and divorced you must submit a certified copy of the final divorce decree. There is a state mandated 3 day waiting period from time of application until marriage license can be used. Licenses are valid anywhere in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are good for 60 days from date of issue. Blood tests are no longer required.

Certified copies of a marriage license issued from Montour County are $5.00 each  and available  after they have been recorded.

Birth /death certificate applications are available
